I belong to a well known and old family of Bankura and my grandfather later established himself in Kolkata.My father is in private service in healthcare sector.My mother is a masters in modern History and homemaker by choice.I am the only child of my parents and was fortunate enough to grow up with my cousins in the same premises.I was brought up in an enviornment where education was given the top priority.I was inculcated with liberal values but always with certain limits.I was taught to respect others views and to be vocal about my views and likings.I relax with reading,painting ,constructive discussions ,travelling and listening to music specially string instruments and songs.I had the priviledge of completing my education from well known school,colleges and University till my masters.Presently I am doing my doctorate in Economics from a renowned University in Delhi and aspire to be in academics,corporate or with thinktanks on the future.I plan to complete my Phd programme by 2025 .

About Life Partner Preferences:

I want someone as my life partner who is well educated and well settled.He should be my support,my friend and he should have a liberal mindset so that we can both share our best to build a family where there will be mutual respect,honesty and space for the development of all members to their fullest potential and according to their likings.Sharing the same hobbies as mine will be an added advantage.Moreover accepting and adjusting with one another should remain the basis of the marriage.He should be a non vegetarian,a brahmin or kayasta and a non mangalik.He should be health conscious,a non smoker and an occasional drinker.
