We are against dowry. There has been a proud tradition in our family, for the last three generations, of not demanding / accepting dowry.

We belong to hindu, kayastha, service class upper middle class family with moderate values.

Our family roots are from Allahabad where our ancestors practice as lawyers for two generations . Subsequent three generations were engineers who worked at Jamshedpur (TISCO)/ Sindri (FCI) and the the father of tje boy was posted in Kota Rajasthan / currently in Maharashtra ( home town Vadodara).

I, father of the boy, am an engineer currently employed as senior scientist with A Government of India Enterprise under Department of Atomic Energy. My wife is an academician.

Most of our near relatives are doctors, engineers, MBA, charted accountants, professors etc. Majority of contemprary generation of the boy is settled abroad.

We are looking for a cultured, vegetarian, family oriented Hindu (any caste) girl for our only son.

The girl should be open to the idea of setteling in Canada / India and be ready to sharing her household with the parents of the boy.
