I am currently working as the Head of the Department (IT) in a private autonomous college — Dolphin PG Institute of Biomedical and Natural Sciences — since 2010, after completing my post-graduation and earning certifications in my area of expertise. Alongside, I also serve as a DevOps Engineer in a software company located here.

I come from an upper-middle-class, nuclear family from Kerala, with liberal values. At present, I am living in Dehradun — an environmentally cool and calm place to live in. I do, however, have plans to move to South India if a suitable opportunity arises.

I lost my beloved wife 2.5 years ago to cancer. We both fought hard, but unfortunately, we couldn’t win the battle, and she left me alone. She was an English teacher at a reputed school here. She was originally from Guwahati, Assam.

I am a calm, simple, fun-loving, and ego-free person who values caring, loving, and giving. I am hardworking and somewhat of a workaholic. I always see myself as a lifelong student, constantly learning and educating myself. Recently, I have been focusing on AI-related technologies and am planning to get certified in this field.

I must admit that I usually keep myself away from kitchen work, especially cooking. However, I don’t mind doing other household chores and like to keep things well-organized.

As for my food habits, I used to be a non-vegetarian, but for quite some time now, I have been a complete vegetarian — although this is not a strict or unchangeable preference. I always prefer to have light foods.
