Only Good Unfiltered Thing right now is I am alive & could write this introduction at the age of 51 with the Debt of Rs 10 lakhs, Broken Marriage for which solely I am responsible.Tried a Business which costs a heavy loss and lost best wife,daughters, family and home too.Three Lessons which I would love to share with you
1)If possible please never take any debt especially from Byaajwala or anyone as it will offer you Enormous Stress & Horrible life.
2)As you know 90 percent of ALL diseases including Cancer, Cataract etc are psychosomatic i.e.originates with stress and negative thoughts.So plzzz value your Health first for which you must form good habits of Daily yoga,timely meals, peaceful sleep of 8 hours minimum.If possible please do one good act everyday may it be offering little sugar to ants or talking nicely,pleasantly with all kind of people around.This feeling of goodness,humanity will boost your good ,happy hormones which immensely helps for a Good Health.Plz try to avoid lawyers, doctor in your life until and unless it's too important.So stay away from negative,stress giving people.Thanks for reading and wishing you a lot of Happiness,Optimism,hope, enthusiastic healthy life.
