I am a professional with a strong background in Banking, Financial Services, Training & Placement, and Career Development. I have around a decade of experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector, where I worked with reputed organizations and national-level banking institutions, including ICICI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. This experience helped me develop strong skills in customer relationship management, business development, team leadership, financial products, sales, and corporate communication.

For the past five years, I have been working in the Training & Placement domain, particularly focusing on preparing and placing fresh graduates and postgraduates in the Banking, Financial Services and other corporate sectors. My role involves developing industry connections, coordinating with recruiters, organizing campus recruitment drives, conducting career guidance and employability programs, and helping students become I am associated with a Medical University in Bhopal, where I am responsible for managing the Training & Placement Department. My responsibilities include developing placement strategies, building corporate relationships, organizing internships and placement drives, coordinating student training programs, and creating opportunities for students across different I hold an MBA in Marketing & IT, a BCA in Computer & IT, and a PG Diploma in Banking & Finance. I have also completed my LL.B., which has further strengthened my understanding of legal, regulatory and professional matters.

I come from a disciplined and values-oriented family. My father, Late Mr. Surendra Prasad Pant, was an Ex-Defence Personnel, and his discipline, integrity, commitment and sense of responsibility have been a major source of inspiration in my life. I believe in maintaining strong family values while continuously focusing on professional growth and personal development. I have my Mother and 02 Younger Brother (01 is Married) in my family.

I consider myself a hardworking, responsible and adaptable professional who enjoys interacting with people, developing meaningful professional relationships and helping young candidates build successful careers. My long-term objective is to continue contributing to the education and employability ecosystem while leveraging my experience in Banking, Finance, Training, Placement and Corporate Relations.

I am looking for a life partner who is warm, understanding, emotionally mature and positive in her approach towards life. Someone who is naturally cool and easy-going, but also knows how to maintain grace, maturity and good judgment in different situations.

I would appreciate a partner who is well-educated, confident and independent in her thinking, without being egoistic or overly opinionated. She should be friendly, approachable and socially comfortable, while also understanding the importance of personal boundaries and meaningful relationships.
