- How do I login and logout from Vivaah.com Matrimonials?
The Login and Logout options are found at the very top of the Vivaah.com website. Click here to login to Vivaah.com. Please note that you can now log in using ONLY your e-mail Id which you have submitted to us.
- Why do I have to login and logout of Vivaah.com Matrimonials every time I visit the matrimonial service website?
Logging in and Logging out every time you visit Vivaah.com keeps your account and personal information secure from access from unauthorized persons. If you are sure that no unauthorized person uses your computer then you can choose to remain logged into your Vivaah.com account for a longer period of time. - Can I be permanently logged into my account to avoid logging in every time I visit Vivaah.com Matrimonials?
Yes, you can be logged into your account permanently. While logging into your account, select the checkbox option 'Keep me signed in' found below the password box. When you select this option and login, you can be automatically logged into your Vivaah.com account. You will not need to login the next time you visit Vivaah.com. To logout, just click 'Logout' found at the very top of the website.
NOTE: Selecting this option is safe only if you are sure that your computer is not going to be shared with unauthorized persons. If you share your computer with other persons then your Vivaah.com matrimonial information will be vulnerable to tampering. Please use this option with caution.
- Is it safe to be permanently logged into the Vivaah.com Matrimonial Service?
If you share your computer with other persons then your Vivaah.com matrimonial information will be vulnerable to tampering. To secure your Vivaah.com information it is advisable to login and logout on your every visit to Vivaah.com.
- Can other members of Vivaah.com come to know when I am logged into Vivaah.com?
No. Vivaah currently does not have a feature which shows online users.
- I forgot my Profile ID, what should I do?
You do not need your Profile ID to login. To know your Profile ID login to your account using your e-mail id and password. Once you are logged in your Profile ID is displayed on top of the screen along with link to logout. .
- I forgot my password, what should I do? How can I login to the Vivaah.com Matrimonial Service?
If you have forgotten your password, we can send it to you via e-mail You password can be sent to your e-mail from "Can't access your account" link below the login button on login page.
Click here and enter your e-mail You will receive your Profile ID and Password immediately.
- I am not happy with my Profile ID that I chose during registration. Can I change it now?
No. Vivaah.com Matrimonials does not allow you to change your Profile ID since it is used as a unique identifier in several places within the system. Therefore we recommend that you choose your Profile ID carefully. Exceptions will be made solely at the discretion of Vivaah.com Support Team.
- How can I change my password?
To change your password, all you need to do is follow the following steps:
- Login to your My Vivaah Account.
- On the top of your screen from tabbed menu, click the My Profile tab and then select Manage Account.
- Click the Change Password link and follow the instructions on the page to change your password.
- How can I change my contact information?
To change your contact information, all you need to do is follow the following steps:
- Login to your My Vivaah Account.
- On the top of your screen from tabbed menu, click the My Profile tab and then select Manage Contact Info.
- This page allows you to View/ Update Contact Details and Contact Preferences. Click the links and follow the instructions on the page to update Contact Details.
