Although from a reputed business family, Rahat is not a die-hard businessman but leads a balanced, God-fearing life, emphasizing on being a good human-being and living in Love, Peace & Harmony. His mother lives separately, as his parents are divorced.

Rahat was only 'technically' married. Just a few days after marriage, even before co-habitation, the girl's parents took her away, with oblique purposes. However, divorce has been finally obtained.
