I consider myself as simple and fun loving. I have liberal attitude but keep respect for traditional values, very loving and sincere towards family and relationships. I like to travel and have selected my profession which has some connection with it. I work as documentary filmmaker. Beside doing business on rubber and tea plantation. My prime interest is to make film on wildlife and nature. In my filmmaking career I received several awards including National Award (President Award) in 2009. My films were screened in several national and international film festivals. Some of them were broadcasted in some leading channel e.g. NHK, Discovery Travel and Living, Alzazeera, National Geographic, Discovery, DD1 etc. I did M.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism from Tezpur Central University. I like to see nonfictions in discovery and national geographic channel.
I live with my dad and mom. My father is bengali (retired teacher) and my mom is Assamese (working in same profession). My brother is married. He is a computer engineer and lives in Madrass. My sister is also married.She is house wife and her husband is working as assistant Professor in a Central University.
