I support clients with various products and services such as current accounts, cash and cheque collection systems, payment automation, and trade finance solutions like Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and export-import remittances. With the help of platforms like CMS, Trade Online, and InstaBIZ, I ensure that clients experience secure, fast, and paperless banking processes aligned with their operational needs.
Additionally, I facilitate access to financing tools such as working capital overdrafts, GST-based loans, and collateral-free funding for eligible businesses. These services are offered in coordination with internal teams such as Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Trade Desk, ensuring smooth processing and full adherence to ICICI Bank and regulatory guidelines.
Digital enablement is a key part of my approach. I promote tools such as Connected Banking APIs, virtual accounts, UPI QR, payment gateways, and POS solutions. I actively encourage clients to transition toward these platforms, supporting their shift from manual to automated financial management, thus saving time and increasing transparency.
Client engagement includes day-to-day assistance, product education, onboarding support, and ongoing account servicing. I maintain regular contact to understand their evolving financial patterns and business goals. Based on this, I offer proactive suggestions, introduce relevant services, and ensure consistent service quality. This helps strengthen trust and contributes to long-term business relationships.
