Dhruv Bansal is the Founder and Director of Flipr, a digital transformation and product engineering company based in India. With a degree in Computer Science Engineering from SVITS, Indore, Dhruv started Flipr in 2019 to help startups and enterprises build scalable tech solutions.

Under his leadership, Flipr has delivered 100+ digital products across industries such as logistics, EV, finance, and retail. He has also led the creation of SaaS platforms like qrlabs.co, a QR code generation and management tool.

Through Flipr Labs, Dhruv is building a strong ecosystem for engineering students by offering live projects, internships, GenAI hackathons, and real-world mentorship—bridging the gap between academia and the tech industry.

With deep expertise in Agile methodology, UI/UX, DevOps, and emerging technologies like Generative AI, Dhruv remains closely involved in product strategy, architecture, and delivery execution. His founder-driven approach and execution-first mindset have positioned Flipr as a trusted partner for fast-growing companies.

On the personal front, Dhruv is passionate about community building, mentoring young engineers, and sharing insights on product thinking and startup execution. He believes in balancing intense workdays with moments of creativity, reflection, and meaningful team bonding. Outside of work, he enjoys thoughtful conversations, reading about tech trends, and exploring new ideas with his team.
