I come from a middle class nuclear Brahmin family from Calcutta (WB), the only child of my parents who are both graduates in Sciences. My father, retired now, for most part of his career worked in the pharmaceuticals and the cement industry responsible for Marketing & Sales. My mother, a bright student during her school-college days is a homemaker.
I am an academically qualified engineer (ECE), professionally worked as a Software engineer for Oracle for 4 years at Bangalore. Thereafter I did my MBA and just started my new career as a Senior Analyst in an IT firm at Bangalore. (JFI: Schooling from English medium convent school.)
