I religiously follow the mantra of health is wealth. I am a fitness enthusiast and have a keen interest in nutrition, fitness and natural aesthetic body building. I believe the body given to us by God is a blessing and we should nourish it with good nutrition, build it strong, aesthetic, athletic and functional , keep it away from diseases, unhealthy food, drugs and negativity.
Ours is a close-knit family hailing from Lucknow, wherein my father is a government employee and my mother is a wonderful homemaker.
