A few words about my son
A kind heart and a quiet demeanor, but strong at the same time. Arvind would definitely fit the bill of someone who has taken the ''road less traveled''. He grew up in Kuwait and Canada. He studied psychology for his undergraduate studies and worked for sometime as a behavioural therapist for children with Autism.

Over the course of that time period, he developed a passion for researching about Indian culture, philosophy and traditions. He travelled to Pardubice, Czech Republic for doctoral studies and research on Comparative Cultures.

Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Amrita University near Kollam, Kerala. Prior to this, he resided at Bangalore, working for an NGO knowledge platform called INDICA, working as a researcher, writing articles and organizing workshops and conferences on various topics dealing with Indian culture.

Arvind comes from a financially well to do family, but he has had to overcome a few struggles in life. I can safely say he is battle hardened and very compassionate towards others. Once he sets a goal for himself, he perseveres and commits to it like tapas.

He is a big tennis buff, and well as into physical activities like running, weightlifting and hiking. He also likes to travel to non-touristy places that others don't usually travel to. He is a gamer and a comic book fan. Arvind's ideal social outing is to relax in the company of one or two close friends at a cafe talking freely, while drinking a cup of coffee.
