Just 2 people living in house.. me & my mom, I've am elder brother but he lives totally separate from us in Lucknow & we barely talk with each other in a month or twice for 5-10 mins

Our whole family is a disciple of Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu

We've our own independent house of 7 rooms out of which 5 rooms are given on rent.

I've a new 2 wheeler TVS I-Iqube ST ( top model ) EV worth Rs. 1 lakh 85 thousand.

We've also have a shop which is given on rent. So overall, we've earning approximately 45 thousand extra income from rental sources but that doesn't counts in monthly expenses.. All that goes for future savings. All this property & income belongs to me & mom only.. My brother has no share in it & he is having his separate property.

Finding a beautiful homemaker for me

1. She shouldn't be demanding unnecessary shopping every week or every month
2. She shouldn't be demanding out of station tourism
3. She shouldn't be demanding to live separate from mom.

She should have just a simple nature & also

I don't want to waste money in marriage.. I want a very simple marriage with minimum expenses
